AIRYAM Skincare Return Policy
At AIRYAM Skincare, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to process your return.

Return Authorization (RA): To start the return process must contact us at contact@airyamskincare.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know the status of your refund in the email provided.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will start a refund process to your original form of payment.

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 3 days after approval, the time for your return to show on your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@airyamskincare.com.
